Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit.
Take accurate orders using POS systems like Micros POS, ensuring all details are correct.
Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining presentation standards.
Handle cash and process payments accurately using cashiering skills.
Assist with food handling and sanitation to ensure compliance with food safety regulations.
Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities.




Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and smooth service flow.

Requirements
Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key!
Solid customer service skills with a friendly, approachable attitude.
Basic math skills for cash handling and order calculations.
Understanding of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures.
Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining high-quality service.
