Job description

Grain Elevator Operator:

This Position requires an individual who enjoys working outdoors, with modern PLC controlled equipment in a sometimes fast-paced environment, as well as customer satisfaction and interaction. This position is based out of our Mitchell elevator.

General Duties:

Receiving and conditioning grain from the local harvest

Unloading and loading grain trailers





Working with all other team members to achieve our company goals

Overall maintenance of facility and grounds

Assets but not required:

Background and experience in agriculture

Wrenching / Mechanically Inclined

The Ideal Candidate would be a reliable person with a robust work ethic who enjoys working outdoors both in a team settling while reporting to yard managers and independently when given a task. They would have basic computer knowledge, valuable communication and robust, positive customer service skills. They would be mechanically inclined with some experience in agriculture. This person would strive to grow in their position from seasonal to a potential long-term path within our company.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00-$25.00 per hour
