Responsibilities
Assist with meal preparation and food handling to ensure timely service
Prepare ingredients and assemble dishes according to established recipes and standards
Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen stations and utensils
Follow food safety protocols and proper sanitation procedures at all times
Support serving staff by ensuring orders are accurate and delivered promptly
Help with inventory management by monitoring supplies and notifying management of shortages
Adhere to all health and safety regulations to promote a protected working environment
Skills
Previous experience in cooking, food preparation, or restaurant service is preferred
Knowledge of food handling, safety procedures, and sanitation standards
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced workplace while maintaining attention to detail
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Basic understanding of the food industry operations and customer service expectations
Willingness to learn recent skills related to meal preparation and kitchen operations
Experience with food industry equipment and kitchen experience is a plus
