Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and efficient Bartender to join our agile team. Responsibilities
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently
Engage with customers in a friendly and skilled manner, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
Manage cash register operations using POS systems such as Micros POS, including cashiering and cash handling
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and food handling standards
Restock bar supplies as needed and monitor inventory levels
Ensure responsible alcohol service by verifying legal drinking age and recognizing signs of intoxication
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow during busy hours
Follow all food safety regulations and industry best practices in food service
Skills
Experience with POS systems, particularly Micros POS, is preferred
Previous restaurant or food industry experience is advantageous
Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests
Knowledge of serving techniques, food safety, and food handling procedures
Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and calculating bills accurately
Ability to work in a quick-paced hospitality environment while maintaining professionalism
Solid communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members
