Job Overview
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurses to join our agile healthcare team. Duties
Conduct thorough patient assessments, including vital signs, physical examinations, and detailed health histories to inform individualized care plans.
Administer medications and injections accurately, including IV infusions and immunizations, adhering strictly to aseptic techniques and safety protocols.
Manage complex medical procedures such as catheterizations, and tube feeding, in accordance with best practices.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for ongoing treatment plans
Collaborate with resident families




Ensure compliance with confidentiality policies
Participate in infection control protocols

Qualifications
Valid RN license in good standing with CRNS; current CPR/BLS certification required.
Experience in long-term care facilities including nursing homes and assisted living communities.
Knowledge and training in Convergence
Experience working with specialized populations such as patients with developmental disabilities, age related needs, memory care needs or dementia is preferred.
Excellent communication skills for effective patient assessment and education; ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
Flexibility to adapt to various shifts including nights or weekends on a 6 week rotation.

Pay: $38.58-$50.07 per hour
