Wow Brownies makes small-batch brownies in 40+ rotating flavours, and people can't get enough. We've built a loyal following at Edmonton's farmers markets and we're growing. Now we need someone to grow with us.
The Role
You'll be in the kitchen every Monday from 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, working alongside our small crew to bake, package, and prep for market and wholesale. This is hands-on, real kitchen work — you'll learn how a small food business actually runs, from first mix to final product.
Nail it in the kitchen and you'll get the chance to run your own farmers market booth — more hours, more responsibility, and a lot of fun!
What You'll Be Doing
Prepping and baking brownies to our recipes and standards
Packaging and labeling for markets and wholesale orders
Keeping the kitchen clean and organized
Tasting product and giving real feedback
Optional: creating behind-the-scenes social content on bake days if that's your thing
Who We're Looking For
Outgoing and easy to work with — positive vibes matter here
Genuinely passionate about baking and food creativity
Detail-oriented and clean in the kitchen
Reliable, punctual, and in it for the long haul
Able to stay on your feet all day and lift up to 50 lbs
Able to work quickly and efficiently, willing to learn
Some kitchen or baking experience is a bonus, but we'll teach the right person
