Store Manager – Bell Store | Georgian Bay Area

We're looking for a Store Manager for the Georgian Bay Area. Someone who leads by example, develops talent, and isn't satisfied with valuable when outstanding is possible.

Your role

You'll own the full store experience — from results to team culture.
Lead all store operations and ensure overall performance
Drive sales and hit targets — then set current ones
Monitor results and take decisive corrective action
Hire, coach, and develop your team to their full potential
Deliver a customer experience worth coming back for
Ensure compliance with sales processes and company standards
Manage inventory, expenses, and merchandising
Maintain store presentation and safety standards
