We are currently looking for an experienced construction surveyor.

Duties:
Perform construction layout for various sites (commercial, roads, substations, airports etc)
Setup, use and maintain survey equipment including robotic total station, digital level, and GPS
Engineering survey
Quantity survey
As-built survey
Legal survey

Requirements:
proficient with Trimble Robotic total station and GPS
minimum of 3 years experience as a construction surveyor in a Party Chief role with solid knowledge of surveying techniques, standards, and procedures
ability to work out of town for short periods of time on occasion
attention to detail and quality
ability to work in a fast-paced environment
ability to work autonomously
effective verbal and written communication skills with the ability to represent the company in a qualified manner
computer literate
Have clean driving abstract
Be physically fit and able to work in inclement weather elements
Work overtime hours as required
