Next Round Social, (Formally Partners Billiards & Bowling) is looking for an energetic and experienced Hospitality Manager to help lead daily operations in a fast-paced entertainment workplace. Next Round Social is North Bay’s newest entertainment destination featuring pool leagues, bowling, tournaments, nightlife, food service, and community events. We are building a high-energy, team-focused environment where guest experience comes first.
Responsibilities
Support and motivate staff during busy service periods and events
Ensure excellent customer service and hospitality standards
Oversee, inventory, cash handling, and operational procedures
Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and Smart Serve standards
Assist, training, and team development
Handle guest concerns professionally and efficiently
Qualifications
Previous hospitality or restaurant management experience preferred
Robust leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Experience with POS systems and cash handling
Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
Must currently reside in Canada
