Duties
Conduct engaging flight training sessions for students, focusing on safety, technical skills, and operational procedures
Supervise student pilots during flights, ensuring adherence to aviation regulations and safety protocols
Provide transparent, constructive feedback to enhance student performance and confidence
Prepare detailed lesson plans tailored to individual learning needs and progress levels
Maintain accurate records of flight hours, assessments, and training milestones
Assist in organizing training schedules and coordinating with ground staff for seamless operations
Support multilingual communication by utilizing language skills such as English, French, Chinese, Hindi, or Spanish to accommodate diverse student backgrounds
Pay: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
