Pay: $32 to $40 per hour

We are seeking an experienced Welder to join a manufacturing team in Richmond, BC. This is a hands-on chance for a skilled welder looking for a temporary position with robust potential for permanent employment based on performance and business needs.

What You’ll Do
Perform TIG welding, fitting, setup, and layout of raw and formed metal.
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and job specifications.
Clean, grind, and finish welds using standard welding tools and equipment.
Inspect welds for quality and repair weldments as required.
Operate and maintain welding equipment safely and effectively.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation.
Follow work instructions, quality standards, and safety procedures.
Support production and continuous improvement initiatives.

What You’ll Need
High school diploma or equivalent.
Welding certification or at least 3 years of hands-on welding experience in a manufacturing setting.




Prior TIG welding experience is required.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and basic tolerances.
Solid mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
Experience using standard welding and metal fabrication tools.
Good attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Dependable, safety-conscious, and able to work effectively in a production environment.
