We are seeking a friendly, energetic, and reliable Level II Certified Dental Assistant to join our team in a fast-paced dental practice. The ideal candidate is patient-focused, team-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality clinical support.

Qualifications & Requirements
Level II Dental Assistant certification (preferred)
Knowledge of Paradigm dental software is an asset
Solid communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Reliable, professional, and dedicated to excellent patient care
Training will be provided

Days and hours required:
Mondays: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Tuesdays: 8:30AM - 6:00 PM
Wedensdays 8:30AM - 7:00PM
Thursdays: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Fridays: 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Saturdays: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Responsibilities:
Prepare treatment rooms by ensuring all instruments, materials, and equipment are clean and ready for procedures
Assist the dentist chairside during examinations, restorative procedures, surgeries, and other clinical treatments
Take, process, and mount dental radiographs (if certified)




Sterilize instruments and maintain proper infection-control protocols
Record patient medical histories, treatment notes, and vital signs as directed by the dentist
Provide suctioning, instrument passing, material mixing, and other direct clinical support
Prepare dental materials such as impression materials, cements, and bonding agents
Take impressions or digital scans (if permitted by provincial regulations)
Manage inventory and restock clinical supplies
Assist with lab tasks such as pouring models, trimming, and sending lab cases
Ensure operatories and sterilization areas remain clean, organized, and fully stocked
Support emergency procedures when necessary
Maintain professionalism, patient comfort, and confidentiality at all times

Job Type: Part time

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
