Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly, present menus, and provide detailed descriptions of menu items to assist with selections
Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery
Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of food handling, sanitation, and safety protocols
Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately, including cashiering duties and processing payments
Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their visit, promptly addressing any concerns or special requests




Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations in accordance with sanitation standards
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery, supporting overall restaurant operations

Experience
Previous food service experience in a rapid-paced restaurant or hospitality setting preferred
Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms is highly desirable
Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours
Knowledge of food safety regulations, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic approach to guest interactions
Basic math skills for cashiering, billing, and cash handling responsibilities
Experience in the food industry or restaurant workplace is a plus but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate

Pay: From $16.75 per hour
