Duties
Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth workflow during your shift
Lead and motivate team members to deliver outstanding customer service and food quality
Oversee food preparation, cooking, and food handling to maintain high standards of safety and cleanliness
Manage POS systems such as Micros POS for order processing and cash handling accurately
Train new team members through interviewing, onboarding, and ongoing coaching in food service and hospitality best practices
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper kitchen procedures
Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and promote a positive dining experience
Qualifications
Proven supervising or team management experience in a food service or restaurant environment
Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety standards
Experience with POS systems like Micros POS or similar platforms
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle challenging situations professionally
Background in restaurant management, hospitality, or related fields such as hotel or barista experience is a plus
Ability to lead by example, motivate staff, and manage multiple priorities efficiently
Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management
