Duties
Prepare ingredients and assemble dishes according to restaurant recipes and standards

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace at all times
Follow food safety protocols and handle food properly to prevent contamination
Assist in food plating and presentation to ensure visual appeal
Support the team during busy service hours by efficiently managing multiple tasks
Ensure all food handling procedures comply with health regulations and safety standards
Skills
Proven experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environments
Solid knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and meal assembly
Excellent understanding of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures
Ability to work quickly under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
Effective communication skills to coordinate with team members

Knowledge of serving standards and customer service principles is a plus
