We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Grower/Farm Supervisor to join our agile agricultural team. In this role, you will support the daily operations of the farm, assist in crop cultivation, and oversee various aspects of plant care and farm maintenance. Your enthusiasm and hands-on approach will help ensure the health and productivity of our crops while maintaining a safe and productive working environment. ResponsibilitiesTasks
Greenhouse cleaning
Maintain and manage growth of vines, vine canopy and grapes
Assist in the development and implementation of farm safety and bio-security procedures
Provide agricultural crop services such as plowing, irrigating, cultivating, spraying or harvesting
Co-ordinate and supervise the work of general farm workers and harvesting labourers
Ensure farm safety and bio-security procedures are followed
Hire and train staff
