What You’ll Be Doing:
Offering support to clients regarding security, camera, access, and fire systems
Responding to incoming calls and delivering technical assistance in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner.
Analyzing client issues and finding effective solutions Keeping detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and resolving any open issues Scheduling service calls and coordinating with service technicians
Building robust, trusting relationships with customers while maintaining a calm and composed demeanor
Ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and recycling policies
Taking on various tasks as needed to support the team and ensure customer satisfaction

What We’re Looking For:
Fluency in both French and English (spoken and written)
A BSP card or the ability to apply for one
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines




A collaborative mindset and a positive attitude toward teamwork
Excellent communication skills
A commitment to confidentiality and professionalism at all times

Nice-to-Have Qualities:
Knowledge of security systems and related technologies
Experience with customer service software and databases
Familiarity with computer hardware, networking, and wireless technology
Previous experience in customer service

Pay: $37,807.74-$55,000.00 per year
