Cochrane Companion Vet (Mosaic PetCare) is a new but growing small animal veterinary clinic looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable person to join our team in a part time role. As our clinic continues to grow, we're excited to welcome someone who wants to grow with us.

The Opportunity
What you'll be doing:
Welcoming clients and their furry family members
Answering phones and scheduling appointments
Managing patient records and processing payments
Helping keep the front end running smoothly
Supporting our veterinary team wherever needed
The Ideal Candidate
We're looking for someone who:
Has previous experience working in a veterinary clinic (required)
Enjoys working with both people and animals
Is organized, reliable, and able to multitask in a busy environment
Has a positive attitude and enjoys being part of a supportive team
The position requires the completion of a high-school degree or further education, competence in the English language, patience, and a pleasant manner.
