Innovative Stonecraft Inc. is looking for a practical, hands-on Maintenance & Product Development Technician to support our manufacturing facility, equipment, mold making, and product development.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys fixing, building, fabricating, troubleshooting, and working on a variety of hands-on projects.

Responsibilities
Perform general building and facility maintenance.
Complete preventative maintenance and basic repairs on production equipment.
Troubleshoot mechanical issues with conveyors, motors, pumps, vibration equipment, and other machinery.
Fabricate and modify racks, brackets, carts, guards, fixtures, and production tools.
Assist with equipment installations and plant improvement projects.
Build and repair molds used for architectural stone products.
Create mold boxes, masters, prototypes, jigs, and production fixtures.
Work with polyurethane rubber, casting materials, wood, metal, and plastics.




Assist with development and testing of recent stone profiles and products.
Identify practical improvements to equipment, processes, safety, and productivity.

Qualifications
Robust mechanical aptitude and hands-on problem-solving skills.
Comfortable using hand and power tools.
Experience in maintenance, construction, fabrication, welding, carpentry, mold making, or manufacturing is an asset.
Able to work independently and manage multiple small projects.
Reliable, organized, and willing to learn.

Experience with welding, pneumatics, industrial equipment, polyurethane mold making, or concrete manufacturing would be considered an asset.
