We are seeking an energetic and personable Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team! Responsibilities
Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently
Engage with guests in a friendly, skilled manner to enhance their overall experience
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and supplies
Handle cash transactions using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, ensuring accurate cash handling and cashiering procedures
Monitor alcohol consumption to promote responsible drinking and adhere to food safety standards
Restock bar supplies as needed, including garnishes, mixers, and beverages
Follow all food handling and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff
Experience
Previous restaurant or food industry experience preferred, especially in bartending or serving roles
Familiarity with POS systems like Micros POS or similar platforms
Robust customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively
Excellent time management skills to handle busy service periods efficiently
Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and inventory management
Experience with food service operations, including cashiering and food safety protocols
