Job Summary
We are seeking a Front Counter Attendant to join our team at Home Run! This one-day a week position offers an chance to work in a small, supportive community pizza shop where friendly conversation and excellent food quality are a part of every customer's experience. Help is required every Friday during the day shift, so it would be ideal for someone looking for a small weekly commitment.

Duties
Greet customers warmly, speak kindly and be thoughtful of each customer's experience at Home Run.
Efficiently serve pizza slices, baking, ice cream, milkshakes, coffee and drinks adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.
Answer a high volume of phone calls pleasantly and enter orders accurately.
Handle cash transactions, process payments, and give accurate change using basic math skills.
Maintain cleanliness of the front counter and table area,



including sanitation of surfaces and utensils.
Communicate to all customers with a positive attitude, ensuring their requests, questions and/or concerns are addressed with utmost care.
Stand for extended periods of time in a front counter setting.

Experience
Solid customer service skills with the ability to communicate sincerely with each guest.
Familiarity with POS systems and spreadsheet application (Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, etc.)
Previous experience in cashiering, food handling, or serving roles is desirable.

Pay: $20.35 per hour

Expected hours: 5.0 per week
