Job Description:
We are looking for reliable and experienced Independent Cleaning Contractors to join our team. As a contractor, you will be responsible for providing cleaning services to our clients, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
Perform general cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces
Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and common spaces
Wipe down furniture and appliances
Clean interior and exterior windows (optional/add-on services)
Handle stair cleaning (if applicable)
Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are used safely and efficiently
Communicate with clients professionally and courteously
Report any maintenance issues or concerns to the company

Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience
Must be legally eligible to work in Canada




Must be willing to provide an updated security/background check upon request
Must agree to obtain $1,000,000 liability insurance if hired
Robust communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented

Compensation:
Competitive rates based on either flat fee or percentage per job
Versatile schedule — work as much or as little as you want
