Responsibilities
Assist with the installation of hardscape elements such as pavers, stonework, retaining walls, and concrete surfaces following project plans and schematics
Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely and efficiently to prepare sites and execute construction tasks
Read blueprints and schematics to understand project specifications and ensure accurate implementation
Prepare materials by mixing concrete, setting forms, and handling masonry components with precision
Support carpentry tasks including framing, cabinet installation, drywall finishing, and construction painting as needed
Maintain a clean work workplace by organizing tools, disposing of debris, and ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times
Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines while adhering to safety standards and quality expectations
Qualifications
Prior construction experience or hands-on work in landscaping or masonry is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated learners
