Duties
Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs
Conduct product demonstrations and explain features to help customers make informed decisions
Engage in upselling by recommending additional products or services to maximize sales prospects
Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for transactions, cash handling, and receipts
Maintain attractive merchandise displays through effective merchandising and organization skills
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring satisfaction
Manage time efficiently to handle multiple customers while maintaining a positive attitude
Utilize phone etiquette to answer inquiries professionally and direct calls appropriately

Multilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse customer bases effectively
Previous experience in technology sales or retail sales is preferred but not required; training will be provided
Strong communication skills to clearly convey product information and build rapport with customers
Technical sales experience, including conducting product demos and explaining technical specifications, is a plus
Bilingual proficiency in English and another language enhances customer interactions
Knowledge of merchandising, POS systems, cash handling, and cashiering procedures is advantageous
Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately and managing inventory counts
Excellent organizational skills to keep the sales floor tidy and stocked efficiently
Effective time management to prioritize tasks during busy periods
Phone etiquette for professional communication with customers over the phone
