OverviewFull-time day shift or night shift patrol officer. Must have a valid Security License and a Driver's License (Class 5) with 3 years or more of driving experience in Canada. Able to work rotational shifts (4 days on, 4 days off). Compensation: $18/hr. Able to work in a quick-paced environment and multi-task. PPCT training is a bonus.Position SummaryA Signal Patrol Agent will conduct patrols (foot and vehicle) for courtyards, offices, pools, and other high-value areas to ensure all required access points are properly secured and to protect property and residents with a high degree of attentiveness to detail and safety.All duties listed below are minimum requirements; additional dutieslisted in the site Post Orders are requirements as well.Soft SkillsVisioning: Understanding the big picture and requirements necessary to deliver services that reflect company values, goals, and purpose.Strategic Planning: Effective engagement, communication, planning and execution of daily patrol responsibilities while meeting established deadlines.Financial Acumen: Understanding company measurements while executing the necessary behaviors to drive performance.Team Development: Communicate with Clients, team members and management effectively and in a timely manner, receiving and relaying feedback and executing follow up as needed.Project Management:



Complete understanding and execution of daily tasks and efficiently delivering services that meet the needs of the business.ResponsibilitiesWill conduct and deliver various mobile security services while operating a company patrol vehicle in alignment with site-specific instructions/post orders.Will write detailed and accurate reports utilizing company technology and web or app-based software during each shift that align with site instructions/post orders.Arrive on time for shifts, clock in and out, meet time commitments, follow instruction, dress according to appearance standards, and interact with internal and external customers to cultivate a customer service relationship.Consistently communicate with the Advanced Patrol Agent and/or Branch Patrol Supervisor to promptly report any customer or property-related information and concerns.Be assigned a vehicle to manage during shift, including fueling, washing, interior cleanliness, and inspection.Care for any Signal equipment assigned during shift (radios, access keys/cards, uniforms, devices, etc.).Manage daily activities while meeting key benchmarks and expectations set by the Branch Patrol Supervisor (reporting standards and service quality).Consistently deescalate issues through professional and prompt communication.Communicate with the Branch Patrol Supervisor to receive and disseminate information through Branch Supervisor Daily Scrum (client needs, route changes, post order updates) to ensure operational excellence and efficiency.Requirements21 years of age or olderHigh school diploma or GEDPass background check and drug testMust have valid driver’s license and good driving recordMust have reliable transportationComplete training modules within first monthExcellent organization, oral, and written communication skillsDemonstrate a commitment to service, organization values and professionalism through appropriate conduct and demeanor at all timesMust be able to move equipment weighing up to 20 pounds#J-18808-Ljbffr
