Inventory Quality SpecialistSupports the Inventory Quality division of the Exchange Quality Department by monitoring supply partner inventory across different areas, and performing various audits of supply before and after activation to ensure supply is compliant and brand safe and meets or exceeds all applicable regulations and Index Exchange quality guidelines. The Inventory Quality Specialist plays a key role in ensuring that inventory is accurately assessed, while executing on Index Exchange’s commitment to providing a clean and transparent exchange.Job ResponsibilitiesReview new inventory (including but not limited to websites, mobile apps, CTV apps) in Salesforce to ensure compliance with Index Exchange policies and quality standards.Address sensitive content which may be graphic, violent or hateful, include offensive or derogatory language or other potentially distressing material.Pre-vets tickets to ensure compliance documentation completion and accuracy before then assigning tickets to team members.Review work done by internal and external teams to verify it is accurate and teams are following processes as prescribed, as well as providing feedback and recommendations for areas of improvement.Train internal and external stakeholders as needed.Analyze data from vendors to validate sources of disinformation, and determine and then execute corrective actions.Perform various audits of supply inventory to ensure that supply is compliant with our internal supply policies, as well as relevant regulations.Share information, trends and summaries on audits, and brand safety related industry trends.Conduct independent investigations on brand safety related infractions,
including preparing investigative reports with findings and recommendations gathered from analysis.Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to lead brand safety or other inventory quality related initiatives.Identifying and recommending new technology and/or new processes to detect and prevent fraud or brand safety issues.MeasurementsEfficient management of regular inventory quality and monitoring assignments.Turnaround time for requested daily or miscellaneous tasks.Thoroughness of insights and analysis shared with internal and external stakeholders.Responsiveness and effectiveness to resolution of inbound tickets and requests.Quality of outputs of project work assigned.RequirementsExpertise in Programmatic Advertising (SSPs, DSPs, RTB, DFP, Ad Servers, Video Players etc).Proficient in synthesizing analysis into actionable recommendations.High level verbal and written communication skills.Strong critical thinking, problem-solving and analytical skills.3+ years of experience in a software company or Ad Tech industry.3-year degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.SalaryThe base salary for this role is $45,600 CAD.
