We are searching for a qualified Journeyperson with a minimum of 3 years of experience in automotive repair. As the Lead Technician, you will oversee mechanical diagnostics, ADAS calibrations, and technical problem-solving, ensuring top-notch service quality. Your contributions will also enhance team efficiency and support apprentices in their development.
Key Responsibilities: • Execute mechanical repairs and vehicle inspections • Diagnose drivability and electrical concerns • Conduct ADAS static and energetic calibrations • Assist in automotive glass replacement tasks • Mentor apprentices in shop procedures
Requirements: • Journeyman Certificate along with WHMIS training • Minimum of 3 years in an automotive technician role • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Ability to lift and move heavier equipment • Willingness to learn about new automotive technologies
