Assign resources to projects based on skill and mastery.Provide input into high level functional specifications.Participate in quality management reviews of the design and performance of work products to ensure they fulfill the requirements.Perform or advise on system configuration and integration setup and assist with testing activities.Serve as an intermediary with client’s Epic team and Accenture tech leads to support bilateral understanding of data structures, workflows and technology capabilities and limitations.Assist in the development and documentation of data requests and source to target mapping.Other duties as assigned. This work may include implementation, optimization, upgrades, and application support.This position is located in one of the following two cities (Montreal or Mississauga) and requires on-site presence 3 days per week.Here is what you needBachelor’s degree or completion of a college program in a related discipline.Minimum of 8-14 years experience in Healthcare IT in an Epic Non-Clinical Leader roleExperience and at least one certification in one of Epic's non-clinical apps (EpicCare Ambulatory, ClinDoc, Cupid, Orders, Radiant,
etc)Experience working with requirement gathering from Clinical leadershipBilingual (English/French) – not requiredEnglish is required for this position, as the incumbent will be expected to interact regularly with English-speaking stakeholders across Canada. Due to the significant volume of interaction with these stakeholders, which is inherent to this role, a reorganization of the company's operations to avoid this requirement is not feasible.Bonus points if you haveExperience in at least 1 full implementation of EpicProgram or Project Management ExperienceExperience reporting accountability for projects/programs to executive leadershipExperience in leading multiple teams through separate iterations of projectsExperience with people management and adherence to business standards.Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
