Key Responsibilities
Reviewing, maintaining, and filing sales contracts and agreements. Preparing maintenance renewals, order processing, license generation, preparing invoices and ensuring invoices have been received by customers. Maintaining an organized and accessible file system for administration and sales. Liaison with customers regarding orders, and providing troubleshooting assistance for orders, account statuses, and other issues as they arise. Maintaining customer records, including spreadsheets and databases that track sales, software licenses, and customer equipment. Administration of customer accounts, following up with customers regarding orders, and invoices. Maintaining and updating sales contracts, and customer records. Maintaining data for sales figures, metrics, and other relevant information. Handling administrative duties for the company’s executive and management teams. Experience
Demonstrable experience in sales support,
administration, and database use. Familiarity with contracts and agreements. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as customer service skills. Exceptional interpersonal skills, and a proactive approach toward problem-solving. Proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel. In-depth understanding of sales support principles and customer service practices. Analytical and multitasking skills. Teamwork oriented. Experience with CRM software. Solid organizational, analytical, critical, and creative problem-solving skills. Education
A degree in Business Administration, Business Management, or a related field is desirable but not mandatory as equivalent experience will be treated similarly. Bonus Skills
