Position We are looking for a Staff Accountant to join our team—a role where your expertise will drive meaningful outcomes. Your role Execution and completion of a wide range of Audit, Review and Compilation engagements, both independently and as part of a team Analyze financial information, accounting processes and operational procedures; provide account reconciliations and propose adjusting entries Preparation of personal, corporate, non-profit organization information and charitable tax returns Collaborate with peers and senior management on file planning and completion within time constraints Provide personal, attentive service to clients to encourage productive working relationships Qualifications Completion of an Accounting Program – College or University Related work experience in public accounting or within a small to medium sized business would be an asset High proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) and technical competencies to execute work at the direction received up front from other experienced staff using Caseware/Caseview, TaxPrep, QuickBooks Online and/or any other tax preparation software.
