Job DescriptionThe Parts Coordinator’s primary responsibility is managing the process of ordering, receiving, storing, dispatching and returning parts for each repair order. The Parts Coordinator verifies the accuracy and quality of parts received in a timely manner as per the production schedule.Key Job ResponsibilitiesEnsure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan.Work with vendors to order and receive all parts, in a timely mannerEnter all parts invoices into our Information SystemLabel, track and organize all parts accordinglyCommunicate all Parts Price Changes to all required team members.Manage all part returns and ensure credits are receivedEnsure invoices and credit memos are posted and filed/scanned, in a timely mannerMaintain a clean and organized parts areaActively apply new knowledge from continuous learning, ensuring a high level of work quality that contributes to operational excellence and a positive NPS.Minimum Education and/or Experience Required for the JobHigh School Diploma1-3+ years of experience working with automotive parts (auto body parts is a bonus)Required Knowledge, Skills, & AbilitiesExperience with Car-part, Progi, APU, or similar parts systemsCommunicate effectively, both verbally and in writingWorking knowledge of vehicle repairs practicesAbility to multitask and function well in a rapid-paced environmentStrong knowledge of Google platformStrong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracyExcellent organizational skillsOther Requirements (Travel, physical requirements, etc.)Frequently required to bend, crouch, reach, handle toolsLift in excess of 50 lbs. of materialsValid driver’s license requiredPlease note, this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities,
