The Role

As a Guest Attendant, you are the face of Soi Thaifoon. You create the first and last impression for every guest. Whether you are taking orders at the counter, running food to tables, or keeping the dining room spotless, your energy and attention to detail set the tone for the entire restaurant. If you love people, thrive in quick-paced environments, and take pride in delivering great service, this role is for you.

What You Will Do
Greet every guest with a warm, genuine welcome and guide them through the menu
Take orders accurately at the counter and process payments through the POS system
Assemble and deliver orders with attention to presentation and accuracy
Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting dining room, washrooms, and front-of-house areas
Restock condiments, utensils, napkins,



and beverage stations throughout the shift
Handle guest questions about the menu, ingredients, allergens, and halal preparation
Support catering and takeout order preparation during peak periods
Follow all food safety and hygiene protocols
Communicate proactively with kitchen and management about guest feedback or issues

What You Bring
A positive, outgoing personality and a genuine love for hospitality
Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and stay calm during rushes
Strong communication skills and attention to detail
Reliability — you show up on time, every time
Previous customer service or food service experience is an asset but not required
Experience at a Thai restaurant is a bonus
Familiarity with Toast POS or 7Shifts is a plus
Food Handler Certification (or willingness to obtain)
Availability to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
