Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
Assist guests with inquiries and provide information about services or products
Upsell products or services to enhance the guest experience
Process transactions accurately and efficiently
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
Handle guest complaints or concerns with patience and professionalism
Perform data entry tasks accurately and in a timely manner
Qualifications:
Strong communication skills in English
Mimimum 6months experience required
