Tri-Phase Group is an environmental and construction company that has been providing our services since 1997. We provide demolition, hazardous materials abatement, storage tank removals, new construction, rebuild, renovations and more.

We are looking for a motivated construction site supervisor to join our growing team!

The roles and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
lead crews on site and be part of crew to perform work including but not limited to construction, structural demolition, interior and selective demolition, abatement, remediation.

-be the main lead of the construction team
provide leadership and guidance to the crew to ensure daily, weekly and project completion goals are met
be competent in reading of drawings and interpreting plans
knowledge and experience of operating heavy equipment
act as the explicit point of contact, person in charge onsite for all subcontractors, employees, clients, etc.




implement and follow the health and safety program
implement and follow the company's policies and procedures
have a solid ability to quickly identify problems, analyze causes and produce solutions
work alongside the operations team to ensure project completion successfully
be able to work in a professional manner while ensuring the site is clean, organized and safe
be able to effectively and clearly communicate to all relevant parties on a project
complete all required paperwork for a project
must possess a valid G driver's license
must be able to work effectively in a team and have leadership abilities
