We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Lube Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical background and a passion for automotive repair. This role involves performing routine maintenance services, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and productive work environment.

Responsibilities
Conduct routine oil changes and fluid checks for various vehicles.
Utilize hand tools and power tools to perform maintenance tasks effectively.
Assist in diagnosing vehicle issues and recommending necessary repairs or services.
Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients about their vehicle needs.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, ensuring safety protocols are followed.
Perform heavy lifting as required while handling automotive parts and equipment.
Collaborate with team members to enhance service efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in automotive technology.





Experience
Previous dealership experience is preferred but not mandatory.
Proven mechanic experience with a solid understanding of automotive repair processes.
Solid mechanical knowledge, including familiarity with various vehicle systems and components.
Experience using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
Excellent customer service skills to interact positively with clients.
Ability to perform heavy lifting as part of daily tasks related to vehicle maintenance.
