EagleForce Security is hiring licensed and professional Security Guards to provide on-site protection at a retail center in Etobicoke. This role is ideal for security professionals who are vigilant, customer-focused, and committed to maintaining a secure and welcoming environment for staff, tenants, and visitors. Guards will be responsible for following EagleForce Security protocols and site-specific procedures to maintain a safe setting
Responsibilities
Conduct regular foot and vehicle patrols throughout the retail premises
Monitor entrances, exits, and public areas to deter theft, vandalism, and unauthorized activity
Provide a visible security presence while delivering excellent customer service to staff and visitors
Respond to incidents, alarms, disturbances, and emergencies in a calm and skilled manner
Write clear and accurate daily activity reports and incident documentation
Assist with loss prevention and support retail tenants when security concerns arise
Ensure compliance with the Private Security and Investigative Services Act (PSISA)
and all company procedures
Liaise with law enforcement, emergency responders, and EagleForce Security management when required
Qualifications
Valid Ontario Security Guard Licence (must be in good standing)
Minimum 1 year of experience in security (retail security experience preferred but not mandatory)
Robust observational and communication skills with a professional presence
Ability to remain calm and act decisively in stressful or emergency situations
Knowledge of PSISA regulations and Ontario security standards
Availability to work various shifts including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Valid First Aid/CPR certification (required prior to start date)
Reliable, punctual, and committed to upholding EagleForce Security’s standards
