We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our healthcare team. Responsibilities
Assess patients’ physical, emotional, and cognitive needs to develop personalized therapy plans
Implement therapeutic interventions aimed at improving daily living skills and mobility
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and case management
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly
Educate patients and their families on therapeutic exercises and strategies for ongoing improvement
Maintain accurate documentation of patient assessments, treatment plans,
and progress notes
Comply with healthcare regulations and safety standards while delivering high-quality patient care
Qualifications
Valid licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of practice
Experience working in private clinic settings preferred, with knowledge of medical terminology and acute care procedures
Strong background in case management, pediatrics, and patient care services
Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare teams
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care with attention to detail and professionalism
