Key Responsibilities:
Lead cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution
Manage the Supply Chain aspects of Current Product Introductions




Implement and track RCCA programs for accountability
Coordinate quarterly OKR settings for the supply chain team
Create and maintain dashboards for executive updates

Requirements:
Minimum 5 years in program/project management
Strong influencer, able to drive results without authority
Familiarity with NPI processes in a hardware setting
Understanding of continuous improvement methodologies
Comfort with ambiguity and modern management tools
