Duties
Prepare ingredients and assemble dishes according to established recipes and standards
Assist with food preparation tasks to ensure smooth kitchen operations during service
Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, adhering to food safety and handling protocols
Cook menu items efficiently while maintaining quality, presentation, and consistency
Support the serving staff by ensuring timely delivery of prepared dishes
Follow all health and safety regulations to uphold a safe working environment
Help with inventory management by rotating stock and notifying supervisors of supply needs
Skills
Previous food service or restaurant experience demonstrating familiarity with kitchen operations
Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods
Ability to handle food safely, including proper food handling and sanitation practices
Excellent understanding of meal preparation processes in a fast-paced setting
Experience with serving guests or customers in a hospitality setting is a plus
Good communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members
