Bosma Landscape Service is a landscape design and grounds maintenance company nestled in the heart of Niagara Wine Country. We are currently seeking an experienced individual interested in a landscape construction labourer position who possess a positive attitude and solid work ethic to join our growing team.

What will you be doing?
Participate in the build of residential and commercial landscape construction projects that include, but are not limited to: interlock patios, driveways, walkways, retaining walls, water features as well as all aspects of softscaping
Working alongside crew members to ensure each project is a success
Operate equipment as required
Interact with clients on a daily basis to ensure seamless project completion
Participate in snow removal during the winter months
Attend project and safety meetings as required
Adhere to all legislative and company policies and procedures

Successful candidates will have a positive, can-do attitude who are eager to succeed and exceed client expectations. The ideal candidate is seeking a position amongst a crew of hard-working individuals who has a desire to learn and work hard




Previous experience in a landscape construction crew is a strong asset. Willing to train the right candidate who has labour intensive experience
Equipment operating experience is an asset; i.e. skidsteer, mini-ex, concrete saws etc.
The successful candidate must be able to work safely and effectively in extreme weather conditions (i.e. heat & winter conditions) and complete physically demanding tasks throughout the day (i.e. lifting, bending)
Team-oriented
Robust communication skills
Able to lift up to 50lbs
Clean, G class license with experience in hauling equipment is an asset
Must be able to report to yard location, located in Beamsville, directly off the highway
