Our company is looking for a Food & Beverage Server who will be responsible for preparing and serving food and beverages to customers according to their preferences. A Restaurant Server should be a polite, fast learner who will react to customers’ needs to ensure their satisfaction. A beverage server should have good communication skills, as well as the ability to work in a rapid-paced setting alongside other staff. You should be able to handle stressful situations, like accidental spills or angry customers. Besides taking orders, you will collect payment and handle accounting tasks. We expect you to be organized and methodical in the execution of your duties, while at the same time having an eye for detail. The ideal candidate has previous experience in handling cash transactions.

Responsibilities:
Maintain a customer’s glass or other beverage containers at appropriate temperatures with or without ice, refill when necessary and present check when ready.
Present bottles and cans to customers for opening.
Serve soft drinks,



beer, champagne and other non-alcoholic beverages.
Serve water and juice for meal service.
Serve wine and other alcoholic beverages., Fulfill special customer orders .
Provide food service assistance as required including preparing garnishes/special mixes, creating ideal beverage/food pairings and other related tasks .
Provide customer advice on wine, beer, cocktails including proper serving temperatures and how to match food items with selected beverages .
Sell additional items like food, desserts, liqueurs etc.

Requirements:
Private Club experience (1 year)
Serving experience (2 years)
Must have smart serve

Job Types: Full time, Part-time, Casual

Pay: $17.60 per hour
