Summary

Blackstock Ford Lincoln, the Ford Dealer that is "Driven to be Different", is looking for an an additional FINANCIAL SERVICES MANAGER!

As our Financial Services Manager, you're the lead on assisting our customers with finance, insurance and accessories and caring for them after the sale is completed.

Responsibilities
Educate customers on finance & lease options and terms
Educate customers on available insurance & aftermarket products and be transparent with pricing and advantages
Drive aftersales revenue and close deals amicably & transparently
Coordinate deliveries with the sales department and drive vehicle activation & delivery metrics
Coordinate installation of aftermarket products & services
Be bold in investigating customers' needs and find ways to meet them

Required Qualifications
Strong working knowledge with computers and the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
Strong telephone, email & text communication skills
Valid G Class Ontario Drivers License with clean drivers abstract
Fluent English with robust spelling & grammar
One of: 2+ years in an automotive dealership in a sales or finance role AND a university or college degree,



OR 5+ years in an automotive dealership in a sales or finance role

Asset Qualifications
Experience and/or familiarity with Ford Credit
Experience and/or familiarity with Route One
Experience and/or familiarity with selling any of the following: Rust Check, 3M, GTechniq, Ford Accessories, Ford Performance
Can drive a manual transmission

Schedule
Rotating schedule that covers the majority of the hours, to be discussed at time of interview.

Compensation
This is a commission based position.
