We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Massage Therapist to join our wellness team. Responsibilities
Familiarity with pain management techniques and the ability to apply them effectively in practice.
Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology is essential for successful treatment delivery.
Assess client conditions and discuss treatment goals to develop personalized massage plans.
Maintain a clean and sanitized treatment area in compliance with health and safety standards.
Educate clients on post-treatment care and recommend appropriate follow-up treatments or self-care practices.
Keep detailed records of treatments provided and client progress while respecting confidentiality.
Stay updated on industry best practices and new massage techniques through ongoing education.
Provide excellent customer service by creating a welcoming setting and addressing client inquiries professionally.
Qualifications
Valid massage therapy license with minimum 2000 Hours.
Knowledge of medical terminology relevant to health assessments and treatment planning.
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, empathetic demeanor.
Ability to listen actively and tailor treatments to meet individual client needs.
Prior experience in a spa or wellness setting is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided if necessary.
