The Position:

We are looking for reliable candidates that have a strong work ethic and are able to work in a fast-paced environment. This is an excellent opportunity to work with an established automotive company in Strathroy with prospect to permanent career growth. As a Production Associate, it is your responsibility to ensure that product is produced, properly manufactured, and meets all quality standards.

Job responsibilities include:
Operate a variety of machinery
Handcrafting the manufactured product with attention to detail by following SOP’s
Perform repetitive tasks with consistency and attention to detail to meet quality standards
Work independently and as part of a team
Complete physically demanding tasks to meet shipping requirements




Assist with other tasks as needed

Preferred Skills and Abilities:
Open availability to work ALL THREE shifts (days, afternoons and nights)
Ability to work efficiently in a team environment
Physical ability to lift up to 25lbs on a repetitive basis
Demonstrated interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills
Successful completion of high school education or equivalent. Teppen can assist you in acquiring your G.E.D.
Related experience is an asset
Candidates with the following experience have transferable skills general labour/labor, warehouse work, or manufacturing background.
