Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and applying paint to various surfaces, ensuring high-quality finishes that meet safety and aesthetic standards. Prior experience in dealership settings or automotive repair is a plus, along with mechanical knowledge and familiarity with hand and power tools.

Duties
Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and masking to ensure proper paint adhesion
Mix paints and other coatings to achieve desired colors and finishes
Apply paint using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment with precision and consistency
Perform touch-ups and detailed work to ensure a flawless appearance
Maintain a clean work area and properly store tools and materials
Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards




Assist with minor repairs or mechanical tasks as needed, utilizing mechanical knowledge and hand tools

Requirements
Proven experience as a painter, preferably in dealership or automotive environments
Mechanical knowledge related to automotive repair or similar fields is advantageous
Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and spray equipment
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently
Solid attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a rapid-paced setting
Prior experience with automotive painting or mechanic experience is desirable
Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform manual tasks effectively

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
