Duties
Perform grooming services including bathing, brushing, trimming, and nail clipping for various breeds of dogs and cats.
Assess the condition of each pet's coat and skin to determine appropriate grooming techniques and products.
Maintain a clean and organized grooming area, ensuring all tools and equipment are sanitized after each use.
Communicate effectively with pet owners regarding their pets' grooming needs and any health concerns observed during grooming sessions.
Provide exceptional customer service by building rapport with clients and addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
Lift and handle pets safely,



ensuring their comfort throughout the grooming process.

Qualifications
Previous grooming experience is REQUIRED ( max 2 years plus certifications)
Solid customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with clients and their pets.
Ability to perform heavy lifting as required when handling larger breeds or multiple pets.
Knowledge of various grooming techniques and products is a must.
A genuine love for animals and a commitment to their care and well-being.
Excellent communication skills to effectively convey information to pet owners.
