Responsibilities
Assist in meal preparation and food handling to ensure timely delivery of quality dishes
Follow food safety standards and proper hygiene practices at all times
Support cooking activities by preparing ingredients, assembling dishes, and maintaining kitchen stations
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen surfaces, utensils, and equipment through regular cleaning routines
Help with food storage, inventory management, and organization of supplies
Serve food efficiently and courteously to guests or front-of-house staff when needed
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy hours
Experience
Previous restaurant or food service experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential
Basic cooking skills and familiarity with meal preparation techniques
Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper handling procedures
Experience working in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
Ability to follow instructions accurately and work effectively as part of a team
Strong communication skills and a positive attitude towards customer service and teamwork
