Duties
Prepare ingredients by washing, chopping, slicing, and measuring to ensure timely meal assembly
Assist in cooking and assembling dishes according to established recipes and standards
Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, utensils, and equipment to promote food safety and efficiency
Support the kitchen team during busy service periods by providing timely food prep assistance
Follow all food handling protocols to ensure proper sanitation and safety practices are maintained
Restock supplies and ingredients as needed to keep the kitchen well-equipped for daily operations




Help with portioning and plating food items for presentation consistency

Requirements
Previous experience in food preparation or food service is preferred but not required; a strong willingness to learn is essential
Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and food handling safety standards
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks with precision
Excellent organizational skills with attention to cleanliness and detail
Strong teamwork ethic with effective communication skills
