Village Wellness Clinic is seeking a full time Chiropractic/Reception Assistant to join our multidisciplinary healthcare team. Village Wellness Clinic is a family-centred, multi-disciplinary wellness clinic offering chiropractic care, acupuncture, massage therapy, naturopathic medicine, osteopathy, and orthotics. Our team works collaboratively to provide high-quality, patient-centred care in a supportive and qualified setting.

Key Responsibilities
Greet patients and provide a warm, professional front-desk experience
Schedule appointments and manage incoming calls, emails, and voicemails
Handle patient check-in, check-out, and payment processing
Maintain accurate and confidential patient records using the clinic EMR system
Prepare and clean treatment rooms; assist with therapies (training provided)
Support daily clinic operations and the multidisciplinary healthcare team

Qualifications & Skills
Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
Previous experience in a chiropractic or healthcare setting is an asset




Education in Health Science, Kinesiology, or a related field preferred
Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
Professional, reliable, and patient-focused approach
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Experience with Atlas, Jane, or Schedulicity is considered an asset

Schedule & Availability
Must be available during weekday clinic hours
Occasional Saturdays required
Flexibility to support clinic operating hours is essential

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour

Markham, ON L3P 2M8: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
