Responsibilities
Assist in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to understand project requirements
Support the construction and installation of structures such as framing, siding, and concrete forms with supervision
Operate hand tools and power tools safely to cut, shape, and assemble wood and other materials
Participate in concrete finishing and forming tasks to ensure quality craftsmanship
Help with heavy lifting and material handling to support team efficiency on-site
Contribute to restoration projects by repairing or refurbishing existing structures with attention to detail




Follow safety protocols diligently while working with heavy equipment and during all carpentry activities

Skills
Basic understanding of blueprint reading and schematics for construction projects
Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and woodworking techniques
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently in a construction setting
Knowledge of concrete forming, finishing, and restoration processes is a plus
Experience or interest in operating heavy equipment used in construction sites
Robust work ethic with a willingness to learn recent skills in carpentry and construction trades
Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and supervisors
